I got a caring School Head who listens to my challenges until I questioned about her leadership. But, when politics played by CAO& COO, she becomes helpless.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the core team is not matured enough to address even basic issues. Though the salary is ok, the career growth is slow. The worst part is on the job professional training is not given to any new joinees neither for new trainees nor for trainers. Authoritative, careless, biased towards non-Christians.

It was not pleasant for me, though I did my productive role for 4 years.

Its very good experience working in TIPS with excellent support from management, principal, Teachers and students. Workshops to develop skill Mind blowing support from parents Fest, science and math. Expos

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
