While we will review your concerns to enhance our processes, we wish to clarify that we do not issue Certificates for completing job tasks, as there are predefined KRAs in place. Each team member is informed about the grievance mechanism which assists in addressing complaints about work or managers. We uphold transparency in all our policies and procedures. If there is something you wish to highlight, we encourage you to reach out to your assigned HR representative or immediate supervisor/manager for resolution.
