The senior manage is extremely baised some employees are chamchas who get promotions by hoging others credit while those actually work get 0 increments and promotions. One who dose work is bombarded with load which almost kills all the time, employees are expected to work 24 * 7 all 365 days irrespective of anything. One of my colleague was threatened to get fired since he denied to go to one of senior managements home 3am at night for sign on the cheque.
