Good place to work and learn. A standard industrial learning program and work culture. Good projects for DS, data engineering and analytics compared to the Indian company working in this spectrum.

Dislikes

It's physical office space and culture are still in a growing and learning phase. It was good upto last year but they're going through salary restructuring due to bad markets. Very low physical interaction with colleagues or group outings or fun events as compared to a lot of young startups at its level but since people are professional I wouldn't say it's a super bad thing, it's just expected from a growing young startup....Read More

Hikes are good if you get any. They do quarterly just for name sake. If you perform well, nothing happens. If not then you may loose your job too. Increments/Promotion is decided yearly only.

Dislikes

No job security, HR can force you to resign and leave in a day. No work life balance. No transparency, they will tell you at time of joining that its remote. But later will force you to come to office, even change your preferred location. No facilities: No cabs, stationery, etc are provided.
