nothing. the company has been hiring freshers from everywhere, promising packages and then firing within a couple of months by taking an impossible single attempt test, with 5 sections, negative marking, and 70% pass percentage. not even completed the training before taking test based on it,

Dislikes

plays with freshers' careers, has no sense of direction being an analytics company, could they not analyze how many employees they require before hiring 600+ freshers, onboarding, no manager, no contact with anybody except contract HR employees

They hired freshers in bulk from mostly premium colleges like IIT/NIT and the likes and now a month into the job they are saying that they don't have projects, don't have clients and would have to pause fresher's engagements. They are now threatening to fire us based on a test which is a single attempt only and has a cutoff of >70%.The other option is to stay on a sabbatical until January (all while being unpaid). The HRs and the lead are behaving as if they are doing some kind of favour over the freshers by offering them two months of severance pay if we will fail the test. Just hire and fire to get funding from VCs and then play with careers of people...Read More
