Great Compensation. Vast number and variety of projects.

Dislikes

Terrible lead (he was a SIMP). Terrible manager (used to ping at 9 pm onwards and ask to complete immediate adhoc request within same day i.e. by 12 am or so ). Project allocation not in line with skills in my case. No work life balance as everything is urgent for managers. Adhoc tasks keep on barging in. -- Growth and learning will depend on the project, some will be interesting some will be just enhancements and patch fixes -- Sometimes there will be frequent shifting between working tech stacks. For 6 months you will work on react and next project you will assign Angular.

Nothing, They do offer a lucrative salary which is just a sham to cover up their poor hiring skills

Dislikes

They hired freshers in bulk from mostly premium colleges like IIT/NIT and the likes and now a month into the job they are saying that they don't have projects, don't have clients and would have to pause fresher's engagements. They are now threatening to fire us based on a test which is a single attempt only and has a cutoff of >70%. The other option is to stay on a sabbatical until January (all while being unpaid). The HRs and the lead are behaving as if they are doing some kind of favour over the freshers by offering them two months of severance pay if we will fail the test. Just hire and fire to get funding from VCs and then play with careers of people....Read More
