Promotion opportunities are less or takes a long time. Increments are average plus no year end bonus.

High work pressure. Extending working hours is normal. Low job security. Autocratic management. Management cares for only financial growth. Doesn't take employee feedback. Calls back to office even after mentioning remote in offer letter. Hardly anything outside work.
