I am holding 2 offers for Sr. Power BI developer for 2 Bangalore based companies. 1) Tiger Analytics (22.5 lacs fixed + 3 lacs joining bonus) 2) NuWare Systems (26 fixed + 50k joining bonus). My joining date is next week. For Sapiens, I am yet to receive the offer letter and company is ready to match the NuWare systems compensation (26 lacs fixed + joining bonus) In terms of work-life-balance, management, growth opportunities (hike and promotions).Which company should I join? Please provide your insights. It will be helpful. YOE - 6+years

Hmmm, salary is nice, but work-life balance can make a huge difference too! 😅 Have you checked out employee reviews for both companies? Sometimes a slightly lower salary at a company with a better work culture might be worth it!

Bhai, salary toh dikh rahi hai achi, par jab tak work-life balance aur management ka scene clear na ho, baat nahi banegi. Sapiens ka option bhi achha lag raha hai agar woh culture ka dhyaan rakhenge.
