If you are joining this company, some of the perks you'll be getting, 1. A work life balance 2. On an average there is no as such extra office hours, since you have to maintain your time schedule allocated to you 3. Friendly growth environment 4. Ease of doing work, no as such rough or harsh pressure

Some of cons, 1. If you starting a your IT journey, I would personally keep this opportunity as least priority 2. Stable, ideal for people who looking for stability in life with an experience of 8-10 years 3. The company is big enough, so it's a slow pace moving company 4. Salary structure ( may vary from job title to person skills )
