To begin with, they don't have any clear set of rules and regulations, they just make one when they need it and imply it on the employees as per their convenience, regardless of considering the employees. Scam company sending employees to Dubai to run their unlicensed casinos. Company is like a school. Management is full of ego. No humanity. If you resign, they threaten to charge 4-5 lakhs rupees of fine. Hike is like a peanut. In Bangalore they say the hike could atmost even go 100% based on performance but what I saw was 4-5%. Salary is an insult as per the Dubai standards. The horrible part is that no matter how long you serve, they won't provide you relieving letter. Don't fall for the Dubai influence.
