TIAA GBS is a very good organisation to work with in the initial phase of your career. Freshers get a good salary package and the growth is at part with the IT standards. The salary breakup is very good and it ensures that your monthly takeaway looks good. It's great when it comes to work life balance.

Dislikes

If you join TIAA after say a good 5-9 years of experience, the technical growth is minimum to none. There are leaders who may have soft skills but lack severely when it comes to technical expertise. Quality of certifications are not up to the mark.
