We have worked on multifarious projects with many respected company having wide ranging requirement.We have a good innovation and team work. I get to travel all India and abroad, especially to USA. But on sitetravel is dependent on your project and client location. i got B1 Visa for 10 years and i have traveled to US 3 times. The compensation is decent, but the personal financial growth is slow. Appreciation and motivation is poor. Managers do not value an individuals, also there is no proper training for freshers.
