The company started the its operation 2002, providing customized weighing and automation solution to the various industry's. We have worked on multifarious projects with many respected company having wide ranging requirement.We have a good innovation and team work. I get to travel all India and abroad, especially to USA. But on site travel is dependent on your project and client location. i got B1 Visa for 10 years and i have traveled to US 3 times. Another plus point is that most of the colleagues are from Kerala and all are very friendly and we work happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

The compensation is decent, but the personal financial growth is slow. Appreciation and motivation is poor. Managers do not value an individuals, also there is no proper training for freshers.

Some undeserving , not tech people who are involved in office politics are getting promoted again and again .They are getting management roles who micro manage, takes all credits and make the working environment toxic.
