They are just playing with the Restaurant Manager's.Owner involvement in everything. Higher Management listens to your junior staff. They are busy making a new franchise. No Pf, no paid leave, no CL and PL, no public holiday wages. Junior staff will fight with you, and the owner will help them. It's their trend every time new managers come and go. They just put job vacancies online. However, they don't want to change their Lala company culture. You will feel robot. They will give you a big Big promise but will make you a fool, even if you are not allowed to make decisions on operation and staff roaster or staff off-days. The owner and old staff are together will make your life hell. They are just using new people and taking free work from them for at least a month or 15 days; ultimately, they know this person will go and another will come. They will harass you mentally and torture you. The owner will tell you to worship junior staff. Persons from the dhaba made captains. The owner will come in for a briefing and will take decisions and will never ask you for any operation decisions or robot feelings, Management is busy saving their job. Lala will sit every time in the restaurant and will play with you along with his old staff. You can't even order for work to junior or kitchen staff; no one listens to you, and everyone is close to the owner and Management and does not use any hierarchy, which will make your life hell. Staff Accommodation is cheap and overcrowded; even drunken staff will share your room and make hell in the room. Management acts like a fool. Pure Lala company; I don't know why they are hiring people and playing with their lives. The manager's job and responsibilities are like a waiter. Any junior or kitchen staff will fight with the manager and owner, and management will listen to junior staff and never let you take any action for junior staff....Read More
