This is my first job as a remote employee and I would say that I've never felt like a remote employee so far with thinkbridge, the level of employee engagement and the team collaboration activities I'm experiencing here at thinkbridge is on another level! Firstly, the freedom to do things at our convenience while making sure that wefinish the deliverables on time makes for a great work-life balance. The horizontal org structure has been helpful to raise out my concerns to the leadership team when in need which they do listen and solve for us. Another plus is the learning and growth support from the company which fuels my curiosity to learn new things and to discover different ways of approaching a problem and a solution for it.
