About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead .NET Developer to join our dynamic team.

In this critical role, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of high-quality software solutions using .NET technologies.

You will be responsible for mentoring junior developers, ensuring adherence to best practices, and delivering innovative and robust software products.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of .NET applications using C#, .NET, .NET Core, and related technologies.

- Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical guidance and code reviews.

- Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices (SOLID principles, design patterns).

- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to testing and deployment.

- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate with other systems.

- Work with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) to deliver projects on time and within budget.

- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in .NET applications.

- Stay abreast of the latest .NET technologies and industry trends.

- Contribute to the improvement of development processes and tools.

- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8+ years of professional experience in software development using C# and .NET.

- Strong understanding of .NET Core, .NET Framework, and related technologies (ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Web API).

- Experience with object-oriented programming principles (OOP), design patterns (MVC, MVVM, Singleton), and SOLID principles.

- Proficiency in SQL Server and database design.

- Experience with Entity Framework or other ORM frameworks.

- Experience with asynchronous programming concepts (async/await).

- Strong understanding of Git and other version control systems.

- Experience with unit testing frameworks (NUnit, XUnit).

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to lead and mentor junior developers.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
