Don't Give interview for this company..for Ahmadabad location After I given 2nd round for HR they said you are rejected due to technical skill then till 45 min what they are looking only my 😈.. Rajendra parmar & Avinash Prajapati both are less knowledgeable and no manner how to talk with employee.. Worse financial condition of company so they are not afford higher educated employees... I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
