In cases of underperformance, our approach prioritizes coaching and implementing Performance Improvement Plans to facilitate growth. Regrettably, despite our efforts and multiple interventions, when a partner’s performance does not exhibit improvement, we have to make hard decisions. We provide multiple avenues for our partners to explore different domains and excel in their preferred roles, even after receiving less-than-optimal feedback from previous projects. We only consider parting ways with partners as a last resort, after exhausting all avenues for improvement and recognizing a lack of commitment to growth and ownership.

Our leave policy is framed in accordance with the provisions of “The Punjab Shops and Commercial Establishment Act, 1958” wherein we provide 29 leaves to our partners in addition to 8 Public holidays. Additionally, we operate on a 5-day work week model, which allows our partners to have adequate time to relax and have a good work life balance. It is also to be noted that we constantly benchmark our leave policy against our competitors and other service based companies in various industries, and continue to find our policy much beneficial. Additionally, we offer other leave-related benefits such as accumulation (up to 30) and encashment of earned leaves, all time approval on applied leaves (in most cases, leaves are approved, no questions asked), and conversion of casual and sick leaves to earned leaves (to incentivize partners who take less leaves). Nothing is good in this company
There is nothing called Policy. It is situation based policy that is only for company. My 23 leaves adjusted without any information and without discussion for shortfall of notice period. I had 35 paid leaves. TFT didn't allow me to take leaves that's why I had 35 leaves. And in my FnF it was adjusted without discussion. This is very unprofessional way to behave like ex-employee. Please be ensured that we never had this intent and we always strive to provide an excellent experience to our employees. We would now try to address your stated concerns and hope you will understand these. 1) We have a very well-defined, live, and ever-evolving policy that is fairly balanced and reasonable towards Employees' needs and Organization's needs for uniformity and fairness. We ensure that these policies are explained at the time of making an offer, to new joiners at the time of Induction, and to regular employees using frequent HR Talks. 2) Its part of the employee's signed offer letter as well as Exit policy that if an employee requests early relieving then the shortfall in the notice period is adjusted against an employee's earned leaves. This, we believe, is also an Industry-wide practice. We also proactively reduced the three months notice period to two months. We agree that there was no proactive discussion at the time of separation. Henceforth, we shall be communicating in writing to each separated employee before the employee's last day of work. 3) Covid was a new kind of situation and we saw a fall in business. We resorted to salary cuts and furloughs. However, these were, compensated to employees later on within one year. As we spent considerable time and effort in hiring and training the freshers and experienced partners during the last year, we feel it is only fitting that they showcase what they have learned during the last one-and-a-half years, through assessments and evaluation interviews. Even upon failing to clear said assessments, we allow our partners ample time to prepare for a 2nd round of evaluation, or by contributing to their area of work by putting them in Performance Improvement Plans. All in all, we provide ample opportunities to our partners to shine and prove their mettle, and only ask them to look out for other opportunities which will be best suited to them in the current situation, as a last resort (Even then, we keep in touch with them and help them land other opportunities).

I still not receive my work experience it's been months. And about salary they paid me for training and extending probation period every time when it's time to get full salary.
