A small product based company with very few projects and no opportunity for growth.Since this is a biotech company there are hardly any people in the IT section and the environment is very boring.This might be good for biotechnology people but not for IT people.

Old Employees are behaves like fisher is their own company. No training, skill development, study hand over, no over view to be provided. Nd they will ask for study management by own. Bad culture, non friendly place, old people never want to teach you
