Learning wise it's a very good platform. Job security is low. Career growth is average. Salary and appraisal are the worst. A lot of politics and favourism comes into picture when it comes to appraisal, promotion and career growth. Work environment is good. Lot of activities and outings are conducted. Free transport.

Lots of politics, favourism works here. If u know people personally its a plus point. Your work is least considered. Even though free transport is provided.. it comes with alot of cons
