Hey people, I'm working in this organization from past 2 years as a web developer. I was lucky to get into email marketing domain that too in Salesforce marketing cloud (SFMC). Well, I don't know about other sectors such as adtech, media review etc. But martech has better scope comparatively. I got good opportunity to work on multiple projects n explore more on SFMC. Annual appraisal: Pathetic No matter how hard you work. You'll end up getting the average hike. They have their own ninja techniques to cut off the appraisal score😂. Work agreement : 3 years of Bond for freshers, along with pledging your original marks cards. So be sure if you're ready to sail for 3 years on this boat & stake allyour docs. No bonus at all. I got only 1 ₹800 gift coupon in these 2 years. They won't provide laptops to every employee, I requested one a couple of months ago, still they say no stock. (Totally disappointed)...Read More

It is the worst company to work for.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 3 years before which you cannot resign even if they terminate they will not give reliving letter not thinking about our future. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
