Ever since the change in management, TSC has changed for the worst. The atmosphere is politically motivated and people work in silos.

Career growth is slow for some of the employees whereas some are given advantage. We can say the managers are biased.

Outbound trainings (these are really amazing, but employees do not take them seriously anymore because of lack of communication from HR) 3. 1. There is absolutely no trust among immediate team members, let alone employees of other teams 2. All control is with operations - HR does not have any say in any matter related to employees 3. No one talks about 'WHY' - 'It has been told to us by senior management and we just need to execute' is what trickles down from middle management</mark> 4. No focus/effort (both from company and employees) at all to develop skills/knowledge of experienced folks - people need to realize that after a point, they will get redundant because of lack of knowledge/skills, which is quite ironical because we are operating in the so-called 'Knowledge' industry...Read More

The company encourages the employees to attend trainings and learn new techniques. It also encourages innovation and thinking out of the box ideology. The company has very flexible leave and work from home policies.

Dislikes

Apart from a very few good managers/project leaders, the others are extremely unfriendly and hostile.. so a lot depends on the kind of team you join. Theres a lot of learning for you if you get the right manager. The environment is extremely politics oriented in certain teams.
