The company was by far great when I initially joined; however since the acquisition by WNS, the company is going down the hill road at the speed of 2x with deteriorating working culture where the leaders are just concerned about the numbers and nothing else.

just teammates because i had good bonding with them

Micromanagement by managers, ambiguous HR policies, no extra curricular activities in office, no job security - company is firing new hires (campus and laterals) as a means of cost cutting!!, appraisal scene is also not good with only very few promotions every appraisal cycle, bad work-life balance- people generally stretch and also sometimes work on weekends.
