Love the work environment, the company itself is so transparent with all that goes on, and bosses are so empathetic towards employees and open for any kind of inputs in terms of work. One of the best companies I’ve worked for that continues to learn and grow.

It was really a very good experience working at the Royaleum. I love the management team, the co-workers and most importantly our boss is awesome and was supportive in all my work decisions. As a ex-employee had an amazing growth and have learnt various skills...

This company approached me for shoot. And was rude from the start. Specially the boss is very rude has no brain whatsoever and will not take inputs of anyone. When asked to do utilise my work in certain way he abused me he called me and threatened me. Apparently the work culture in their office is toxic

Store which allures you for a trap

The place is horrible to work . They hired me saying my job is confirmed and then fired me in a week without giving me any reason also did not pay my salary for the week i was working. Bosses and the other employees are horrible as well. No one is professional and seemed like they had money and they started for hobby. They do not have set up for anything and expect you to get the vendors and later don’t even pay the vendors as well. People who are working currently their seemed frustrated always because of unprofessional outlook of the boss....Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
