The standard of the company is good and there's a lot to learn if you enter as a fresher. Working with The Mill gave me confidence and gave me a broad perspective of the creative industry.

Dislikes

They believe in work-life balance but the company puts you in a position where you cannot balance your work and life simultaneously. Promotions and hikes are not so good. Salary increments are like adding 2-3 extra peanuts to what you already earn.
