If I talk about likes, then there's nothing to be liked here. Some people are very good like they're supporting and even they help you out in the work. Rest I don't think that there's anything which can be admired. And if I said that some people are nice then it's just because of age factor. Major people are above 60(old age) and some of them are in there 40's.

Dislikes

If I talk about work environment then it's good. The ambiance is also not that great but fine. There's no fooding service for employees. No canteen, no proper sitting area, not even a proper washrooms. Let me start with hiring part then I don't think so that there's anything proper for them to hire someone. They don't even hire newpeople but if someone joins as a new joinee he/she will leave the company because of lack of training and development. They don't have any process of training and development. You'll just join and start with whatever you know or what so ever you understand, just do according to your understanding. Now, if I talk about salary part then, there not a handsome salary for anyone. Someone will get 10k for the same work and the other one 60k for same. So there's no equality on salary part. People are even left with pending salaries who are still working there. Now, mode of working- they still work too traditionally. They're still on older version of MS-Office and tally. In the beginning of my job since 2008 to 2016 I found that Companies culture was good but last 4-5 years since middle of 2017 to till date its become a worst company due to laziness, cheats of management and theirs senior executives ,i.e. They try to kill the lower employees rights ie . their salary ,bonus all benefits stop and digest , not paid to employees.

Dislikes

I think I have no word to write the company because company have lost the grips from its own management they forgot the their lower employees rights and they have digest their salary and all benefits, Its was very socking to me. I never forgot them.
