In this company only those peoples are worked who never want to growth in his life bcoz there is no professionalism, working culture and gratitude to officials who worked for the company. In simple way it is a shop, not a company. So i never preffered to waste your time and future in such type of company.

Management doesn't care about its employees. Owner of the company never come to site to check what management told him. So he is blindly following his management decision. He only cares about how much profit did he had at the end of year. Now a days even no body is getting paid from last 4- 5 months. Only thing good is that site people can have as many vacations as much they want.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonous every year.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.on job training is not given to new joiners.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
