Good Food Free of Cost, Transportation is Free, Regular In-house Health Check is free, Family Insurance, Work Time is good, Training and Development is free and it is best in the Industry. This company is combination of old culture and new life style where few staff feel that they have to behave and nurture the MNC lifestyle and MNCculture. Company is struggling to reach to the style of full fledged western MNC culture. Free style dressing prevails in the Company. Need a better discipline for a unique dress code for both men and women. When Bangalore is developing alround by its infrastructure with its good, improved and expanded transport connectivity, Company should try to explore the possibility of reducing the travelling time and switching over to Metro facility by cancelling few Bus Routes to those areas where there is a good access to Metro Train to reach office....Read More
