1. Very Odd timing to work example from 2 PM to 11 PM . 2. No training given to the freshers . But at the timing of joining they promise that they will upskill you on the Oracle tech stack. 3. The HR Policy is very bad. They make you sign a cheque of 3 lac rupees at the time of joining and also make you sign a bond or else they won't give you offer letter . 4. Only Hyderbadi people in the office. They talk to each other in Telugu only. 5. No learning at all. 6. Even the projects are obsolete. 7. The salary is low for a bond of 3 years. 8. They even ask for money if you resign before the bond period that too a sum of 3 lacs rupees or else they blackmail you with legal suits...Read More
