Salary Appraisal is in the range of 5-10%, high work pressure, they expect you to work 10-12 hrs daily and during sale period on sat and sun also. without any extra compensation or benefit. Only bootlickers and top managements are minting money and rest are paid in peanuts. Hr says something and delivers something else. So I was threaten by a guy who was leading planning operations that he might put me on PIP and that two within 45 days of my joining. Recently many new joiners have join this organisation and almost every one is searching .
