Top management have no clue on how to di business. The company is being run by mindless people. The decision they are taking in order to be profitable is actually pushing them towards nowhere. They keep on hire resource and end up firing them. Working culture is kidda cool.

Salary Appraisal is in the range of 5-10%, high work pressure, they expect you to work 10-12 hrs daily and during sale period on sat and sun also. without any extra compensation or benefit. Only bootlickers and top managements are minting money and rest are paid in peanuts. Hr says something and delivers something else. So I was threaten by a guy who was leading planning operations that he might put me on PIP and that two within 45 days of my joining. I am working with this company last 1.5 yr And really happy with good glam group . And my senior mrs Poonam Dhadhich is really helpful senior. I learn a lot form ma’am and my team is also nice .
