Joined in June 2023 Manager used employee only for festive purpose as there was workload in festive season worked in complete pressure though I was new joinee Once Diwali Sale taken Live then was told to leave organization. Employee's Confirmation also they do not do which is very normal thing in other organization Post Diwali thereis no work till end of December 2023 so manager was aware that work can be managed by other employees. Hence he took such decision, basically "Use Employee and Throw". Old Team Member not supportive, they will support manager. Old Team member was very well aware about behaviour of manager but did not made aware to new joinee. Already 2 team members have left team in March-April 2023 because of such working. In team size of 6 people if 3 people are leaving in one year then definitely not good team to join. Completely Mentally Traumatic. Neither Manager nor old team member supports. This is such a poor management company. The biggest mistake of brand is they hired another brand's founder as CBO. RAHUL MITTAL who is CBO is such an egoistic and arrogant person. He only looks for female for favor. No value of work and ethics they really looks for. HR head SONAM is femenist and too cheap. She keeps herself clean and puts blame on others. If a male complaint about female employee then also she take her side, even if the female employee is doing wrong. HR dont bother to take care of their emplyees. No job security, they can kick you at any time....Read More

My Team/ Colleague are supportive and good.

I didnt feel like I am working in a corporate office. Feels like working like a robot. We have Restricted Holidays but we can not use them on the same date, What's the point if we can't celebrate the festival on the same day, there are such policies needs to be change.
