I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. This is such a poor management company. The biggest mistake of brand is they hired another brand's founder as CBO. RAHUL MITTAL who is CBO is such an egoistic and arrogant person. He only looks for female for favor. No value of work and ethics they really looks for. HR head SONAM is femenist and too cheap. She keeps herself clean and puts blame on others. If a male complaint about female employee then also she take her side, even if the female employee is doing wrong. HR dont bother to take care of their emplyees.
