The location of the hotel was quite nice and designing was rather unique for city like Vadodara. The good thing was I was involved with the hotel from project stage and participation in decision taking process.

Dislikes

Totally unprofessional approach of the management. The Management was all along being in Industrial Catering and hence did not have any idea about operation of a business hotel. Serious problems were of not providing guests value for money, misbehavior with senior staff members, entire family members interfering with operation of the hotel. They had habit of planting people everywhere to collect first hand information, which resulted into lots of politics and bad work culture in the organization....Read More

Initially it was quite comfortable, however once hotel operation started it used to be very suffocating for entire team, management did not believe in professional handling of operations.
