No work pressure except exceptional situations

Dislikes

Non employee friendly organisation, no transparency in HR policies, very bad higher management having no skills to manage, no skills growth

Work Details

Mediocre tasks which are not valued by management at start they will ask employee to complete task after that they will do which is not even close to the work you have worked on (Chooses only which is cheaper to them), no skills growth
