-No Culture, being a bootstrapped company. -Inexperienced leaders to run this IT consulting company -Hire-Fire, left right center -Too much gimmicks between management and leaders. They are not even 250! -There are some 2 or 3 project managers in the system and one of them is a joker who goes around selling everybody's conversationsto each other. He does that by probing even though you don't have anything to say & refrain to gossip. -Head of People & Strategy comes from Ops background and thinks HR is all about Gyan and how you play perception games. -The guy who heads operations is from BPO and is almost clueless and seems like a con artist. -They take decisions based on perceptions rather than data. Only feels, no metrics! -Observed many Nepotism hirings that were specific to one religion I wish them all the best!...Read More
