Lot of politics across senior management. Formal dress code for technical employees even in 2022 ! No work from Home option. Employees asking for WFH will be liable for Loss of Pay Even if they work. Expected to come on time in morning but should stay upto 4 hours after work timings. Senior - Chauvinistic environment where people with 15/20/25 years in Temenos dominate and harrass freshers and new joiners. Expected to work every weekend. Terrible experience and no learning at all. They use a 30 year old software (very similar to FORTRAN, not even changed the platform or language ). If you learn such an old language and software, it is never going to be useful in
