Only thing one can like in a call centre is incentives and time flexibility.

Dislikes

My worst experience was there insensitive attitude towards employees. Even if your throat is in pain and you can hardly speak, they still want you to attend calls. They don't care for their employees. One of the worst company for employees friendly environment.
