Overall working environment is good. The team mates and manager are friendly.
Dislikes
They lack stability, one is hired for one process but is trained for various process and made to work for all on same pay scale. Week offs are not stable. They promise you fixed week offs but make you work on Saturdays by indirectly blackmailing them by saying they won't be promoted or not heard when in need. Even during emergenciesemployees are not heard and are forced to come to office. On the other hand TL's and managers enjoy all sorts of leaves whenever they need....Read More

I loved the people around my colleagues, my managers were amazing and team leader was really good. The cafeteria was good no glitches at all. All perfect

I hated the timings rotational shifts and week offs wish they had sat and sun or atleast sun and fixed shift timings. The call flow was bad
