There is no job security at all. In every two months they will push you out of the company by saying that there is no requirement from client end. Job Security zero. Again and again they pushed you in a different process (mostly voice process) . Work culture is pathetic. There is no communication with HR if you face any issue they just roll out their hands straight and not helping us in any manner. Only the salary part is good. They release your salary on time....Read More
