There is a lot of mismanagement, you can get on high position only if you are good at buttering (chamchagiri). Problems of employees are not heard by the management, extra working hours are taken from new employees in the name of new commers. The trainer talks badly when new employees asks questions. Female trainers get jealous of good new employees and make them fail training test unnecessarily and do not provide any help or support after that.
