I worked there for 1.5 years then I served notice period of 1 month..During this periods I have not taken any unplanned leave.. I maintained accuracy..which was above 90%. But the culture was terrible cause you can't take break even sometimes they don't allow you to go washroom.. Behaviour of the seniors were very rude, all seniors were not the same. If you run a survey then you will see most of the employee will give below 3star ratings....Read More

Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition!
