Let's start with the security guard, who seems to think he's the CEO of the company. He takes every opportunity to remind you who's really in charge around here. Then there's the team leader, Azhar, who has a unique approach to leadership—one that includes using language that would make a sailor blush and showing utter disregard foranyone's personal boundaries. He seems to believe he’s descended from royalty but behaves more like a dictator. And then there's the centerpiece of this toxic workplace, Mr. Dheeraj Pratap Singh. His management style is nothing short of exemplary if your goal is to create an environment where bullying and harassment are the norms. He enables his equally unprofessional seniors to torment their juniors, making the workplace feel more like a battleground than an office. Every things was bad. Only salary came on time.

Overtime. Salary was very low. I worked 14-15 hours every day. And they didn't give any overtime pay. Every day I reached to home jn 10.30p.m or 11 p.m. Company didn't provide any transport. Company didn't give any sequrity for back office employees.
