They have seniors to guide you, during interview they tell you that we have a team but in the name of team they just have one manager who is working from home since last idk 2 years in the name of maternity leave. The software manager don't have any technical knowledge, and she judges your technical work just on the basis of designs and alignments. At the time of appraisal, they provide you PIP so that you cant ask for the appraisal, also when you have worked for like whole year in that project since you get this kind of messages, Even though no one is able to read your code and functionality. Poor work culture, they deduct club charges from your salary every month to give an annual party but since 2 years I haven’t seen any annual party happening here....Read More
