i had overall good experience in tek. I would like to thank my manager, co worker, team mates for valuable support. Appraisal will be based on work. Management is good & flexible towards employees. There is no pressure on work. My first company. I love my company.

Dislikes

There is no cab facility. There is no free food as well team outings. Other than that, everything will be good.

Work Details

I used to make in bound and out bound calls. Fully US night shift. I used to deal with Denials & management. My work related to health insurance AR calling.I worked here 2 years as AR caller. Making calls with insurance company for unpaid dues of patient.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)
