You can take unlimited breaks. You can have lunch break of an hour anytime. You can do anything till the time no one is noticing you. You have freedom here. Salary is quite good. If you are punctual, full salary will be credited.

Dislikes

They will not fire you if you are playing a very important role in their company. Other wise good luck. Poor management. Pathetic policies. Even if you are 10 mins late they will deduct your full day salary or maybe they don't deduct at all. It really depends upon i don't know what! There is nothing like half day here. Unsafe for female employees. Male employees here don't know how to be professional and talk to a girl. They will try to enter in your personal space and say inappropriate things. Will pass comments on your physique. And if you will complain they will take revenge. One guy in this company also misbehaved with a girl here. Totally unhealthy for females....Read More

Nothing to like about this company. Product Manager is egoistic and likes to shout on employees in morning meeting. I shouted back on him, gave me a PIP. ,😄. My advise to all of Indian employees is to never back down no matter if you are poor or middle class. Have your self respect intact.

Dislikes

Nothing to like. They will say working days are from mon to fri , but it's actually mon to sun, because the work is more and you have deadlines. Also hire and fire culture prevelant in company.

I have been with this Company for 3 years now, and one of the things I appreciate most is the supportivness of the founders. They are always there to guide you.The company's commitment to fast growth is truly impressive, and I have gained a wealth of knowledge here. What stands out even more is the way they treat you like family.

Dislikes

The only downside is 6 day workweek, which is understandable given that the company is in its early stages and heavily focussed on growth
