Worst company to join. no professionalism. Ceo abuses his employee. They hire high salary employees and fire them very quickly because they cannot afford them. No work life balance. Worst ever company to join. They will hire you on high salary then will fire you very quickly and ceo will make you count of every penny he is paying to you.

...You can do anything till the time no one is noticing you. You have freedom here. Salary is quite good. If you are punctual, full salary will be credited.

...role in their company. Other wise good luck. Poor management. Pathetic policies. Even if you are 10 mins late they will deduct your full day salary or maybe they don't deduct at all. It really depends upon i don't know what! There is nothing like half day here. Unsafe for female employees. Male employees here don't know how to be professional and talk to a girl. They will try to enter in your personal space and say inappropriate things. Will pass comments on your physique. And if you will complain they will take revenge. One guy in this company also misbehaved with a girl here. Totally unhealthy for females.

Culture, job security, learning, management, salary, reimbursement everything is zero if you are new just join learn and exit is the correct procedure they hire newbies easily for low salary and lay off then within 3 months if they didn't give you business. Their policies never let you make business or customers, either your customer churn up coz of policies or someone else would take your client and takes the credit so basically the job is not secure.
