I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? Dislikes

No HR policy, 365 days working because of commercial lab samples, no promotions, no working growth. If you are join one department same department was continued in entire career. No knowledge gain. Not getting good increment in all cadre level people.Full politics. Max times 12 hours duty.worst working culture.
