It's one of the worst company because management don't have even domain knowledge and torchering the employees who are sincerely working. My suggession was you should be consider as part time, don't go to full time because even don't notice with out reason termination immediately due to this kind of torchers many skilled employees already and who are un-skilled and accept the torcher continuing here. My strong recommendation was learning = 0, hike =0, job security =0, management attitude= worst, salary = Not in time and not get full, HR Policy =0, overall is worrest. All policies including salary, hike, job security, learning skills like as all are worst. My genuine rating is 1. Before join, you should enquiry about the company and if you don't have any option you can join but should think as you can service only for couple of months and should plan properly.
