Manager was good in all terms as he was from technical background/experience. CTC offered was good.

They will lure you with good CTC offer but as soon as or if anytime client makes changes in payment or wants to reduce budget or anything you will be shown exit door with straight forward with no prior intimation and with no Notice Period for you to find some other opportunities. Very unprofessional behaviour even from CEO/MD(Sreenath) No timely execution of any policy or anything like appraisal. No defination of any processes such as exit process Worst finance/PF team. No option to enroll into VPF scheme as they believe deductions for such schemes will put company in trouble during Audits. Very bad experience overall.
